1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging Govora Digital, you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services and engagements

Website content describes services in general terms and is not an offer. Every engagement is defined by a written proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement ("Agreement") that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and acceptance criteria. Where an Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement controls for that engagement.

Timelines and price ranges shown on this site (for example, website sprints starting around $12K, or typical 1–2 week sprint delivery) are indicative planning guidance, not guarantees. Actual scope, schedule, and price are quoted after discovery.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely content, feedback, approvals, and access to systems required for delivery.
• Warrant that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and are cleared for public release.
• Never transmit classified information, CUI, ITAR/EAR export-controlled technical data, or personally identifiable information of third parties to us without a written agreement covering that data.
• Maintain your own backups and credentials, and obtain any approvals your prime, agency, or contracting officer requires for public-facing materials.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, milestones, and retainer terms are set in the Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due net 15, late amounts may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law), and we may pause work on overdue accounts. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, frameworks, tooling, and know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them as embedded in the deliverables. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, hosting, AI services) remain subject to their own licenses. We may reference an engagement in our portfolio in general terms. If your contract or agency rules restrict publicity, tell us in writing and we will keep the work anonymous.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under the Agreement. We sign NDAs on request before reviewing sensitive materials.

7. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant specific search rankings, AI-answer citations, lead volume, contract awards, or evaluation outcomes. See our Disclaimer and AI Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of an engagement will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days before initiating proceedings, which will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

10. Changes and contact
