1. This website

govoradigital.com does not currently run a public chatbot, AI assistant, or automated decision system. If we add one, this page will be updated and the feature will be labeled as AI-generated at the point of use.

2. AI in our delivery work

• We may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, code scaffolding, and quality checks.
• A human reviews and is accountable for every deliverable we hand over.
• We do not submit client confidential material, CUI, or export-controlled data to consumer AI tools.

3. AI systems we build for clients

• Output is probabilistic. AI assistants, proposal helpers, and search tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date responses ("hallucinations"). Output must be verified before it is relied on.
• Not professional advice. AI output is not legal, procurement, contracting, accounting, medical, or compliance advice, and must not be submitted to a contracting officer without human review.
• Human in the loop. We design AI features with review checkpoints and clear AI labeling, and we recommend against fully automated decisions that affect people or bids.
• Data handling. Prompts and content may be transmitted to third-party model providers. Which provider, what data leaves your environment, and what retention applies are documented in the statement of work before build.
• Compliance. Sensitive, classified, CUI, or export-controlled workloads require an appropriate hosting boundary and written agreement; we do not route that data through general commercial model endpoints.

4. No guarantees

We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, unbiased, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not guarantee visibility or citation in AI answer engines. Liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to AI features and their output.
