Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

• Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content or conduct.
• Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, privilege escalation, or interfering with service availability (DoS, scraping at abusive rates, credential stuffing).
• Probing or bypassing security controls without written authorization.
• Submitting classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), ITAR/EAR export-controlled technical data, or third-party personal data through public forms.
• Misrepresenting your identity, your organization, or an affiliation with a government agency.
• Using our forms or email addresses for unsolicited bulk email, SMS campaigns, or list harvesting.
• Reselling, scraping, or republishing our guides and site content without permission.

2. Client-hosted systems

Where we build or maintain a site for you, you are responsible for the content you publish, for obtaining any agency or prime approvals required for public release, and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend access to address an active security incident, a legal demand, or a violation of this policy, and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Security research and vulnerability reporting

We welcome good-faith reports. Email info@govoradigital.com with the subject "Security" and include steps to reproduce. Please do not access data that is not yours, degrade service, or publicly disclose before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate. Automated scanning that impacts availability is not authorized.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict access, terminate an engagement under the Terms of Service, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
