2. Submitting a takedown notice
If you believe material on govoradigital.com infringes your copyright, email info@govoradigital.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL and description of the material you want removed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed in error or as misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or the Eastern District of Virginia if outside the U.S.).
4. Repeat infringers and misuse
We remove infringing material promptly and terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
